Secure the Agency Agreement

HAVN facilitates the connection, but the legal relationship is finalized traditionally

  • Sign the Agreement: Once selected, you must sign a formal Agency Agreement with the homeowner outside of the platform to legally market the property
  • Confirm the Model: Ensure the seller understands if they are signing a General Agency Agreement (allowing competition) or a Sole Agency Agreement depending on the home owners prefrances.
